Great Lakes Heritage Quilter's Challenge for 2020-2021 
was to create an art quilt using a Sun and Moon theme.
 
Our member Julie Krauss won 1st Place with this quilt.  She used a pattern from Jane Sassaman called Moths and Moons. It is raw edge appliqué with satin stitch finish and was quilted with 12 wt. cotton thread on her home machine.  Congratulations Julie!
